Schedule of Dives |

The club provides its members with affordable dive trips both domestic and international. ORD runs weekend and holiday trips in Florida as well as week long trips to exotic locations such as Cozumel, Caymans, Bahamas, and Honduras. Typically, our Florida weekend trips consist of two dives on Saturday, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for Saturday night, and two dives on Sunday. You supply your own gear and arrive with two full tanks. Air fills following Saturday’s dives may be included at the option of the coordinator. Check each trip description for whether air is included. You should expect your trip coordinator to provide you with details on what is included, maps to the boat and the hotel, and the time you are expected to be at the dock. When you sign up with the coordinator, a deposit is due. The amount of the deposit depends on the total cost of the trip. The coordinator will inform you when the balance is due. It will be at least 30 days in advance of the trip. When you reserve your place on an Orlando Reef Divers dive trip, you make a commitment for your portion of the charter. Should you need to cancel it is YOUR responsibility to pay for your spot or to sell it. Exceptions are made only for extreme emergencies as stated in the Bylaws. |

Important: Per Article XIII, Standards for Divers, Section 4, Refunds of the Orlando Reef Divers Bylaws Once a deposit is paid, there shall be no refunds for moneys paid for dive outings. The committed participant is responsible for all unrecoverable trip costs due unless he/she finds a replacement. The only exception is cancellation due to death in the immediate family.
All recoverable moneys will be refunded should a portion of a dive outing be canceled by the Club. If an entire trip is canceled, all moneys will be refunded.
